Why are these documents not published on this website? If the CRF is genuinely open then they should publish them. | | | Post Reply | Display replies to this message

I appreciate that this years are not complete so cannot be published, but last years should have been presented to the AGM so should be published on this web-site. CHP publish their finances on there website. As the Forum is spending Tenants' money, I believe that Tenants have a right to know how their money is spent and getting value for money? | | | Post Reply | Display replies to this message

| | Date: | Wed 27 May 2009 10:02:58 BST | | Subject: | Banding System | | | hi, just wanted to post a question on the banding system now operated by chp and cbc. when introduced it was "sold to us" as a system that would make it fairer to everyone. on the old system you were allocated points and length of time on the waiting list etc when being considered for allocation of a property. on a personal basis i feel this new system after some 1-2 years of operating is clearly not working and is completely unfair: we have been looking to move house for some 3 years due to lack of bedrooms myself and my husband in 1 bedroom and our 2 boys aged 16 and 6 and our 4 year old girl all sharing the other bedroom. each fornight we bid for a 3 bedroom property in the homeoptions schem and have bid for 30+ properties since march 08 to no avail. we have had many phone calls with departments concerened and have been told in most uncertain terms - acturally last week from CBC there is not really and point in bidding as it is not going to happen? there is no chance of us even being considered due to us being in band 4. i would welcome the positive comments from any parties concerned as to how they see this system fair for us, and how do they see the problem being rectified. i have spent many hours in tears over this problem and have been through the homeswap system only to be let down by people not wanting to move to my area even though they have never viewed my property whch incidently is decorated and maintained to an extremely high standard along with a beautiful garden in a lovely quiet corned plot with very good neighbours!, and also where people on the homeswap site insist on having garages or parking on front of house for cars etc, how can people be so fussy any how do people like ourselves ever stand a chance of moving it is all so soul destroying beyond belief.
I look forward to receiving your reply
